SCHEDULING
An initial session may be set up by calling me at (816)686-6277. If I cannot answer the telephone at the time of your call, please leave a message on my confidential voicemail and I will return your call promptly. Sessions typically last fifty minutes. If you wish to have a longer session, I am happy to accommodate you at an additional prorated fee.
INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT
I do not accept insurance; however, I do provide an invoice for potential insurance reimbursement. I am considered “out of network” for health insurance providers. Your insurance carrier can clarify the reimbursement amount and the information needed for claims.
GROUP THERAPY
RelationSkills offers group therapy through NoVa Counseling. Group therapy produces specific dynamics that increase healing and fosters a culture of cohesiveness, support, and integration. The interaction between group members provides the engine for change, and my role as group leader is to facilitate that experience for the group members. Groups, which meet weekly, are typically limited to eight people and last ninety minutes.

My office is conveniently located in Reston, Virginia just northeast of the Reston Town Center at 11704 Bowman Green Drive, Suite 100. The sign on the outside of the building says Relational Connection Counseling. There is free parking available directly in front of the office.
